COMPANY LICENSES
Cariboo Snowcat Skiing operates on a government licensed tenured land area and maintains valid property and liability insurance.  We are members of the Heli-cat Association of B.C. and abide by their policies.

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required upon the time of booking.  This guarantees your reservation with us.  Full payment is due 14 days before you arrive at our base.  Each skier will be required to participate in an avalanche safety demonstration prior to skiing with us and must sign a release of liability waiver.  Any skier under the age of 19 years must also have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation made more than 60 days prior to the trip date is refundable, less a $50.00 administration fee per seat.  If we receive any cancellations less than 60 days prior to the trip date, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.  If we receive any cancellation less than 14 days prior to the trip date, there is no refund unless we are able to obtain a new reservation to take its place.  We strongly suggest purchasing cancellation insurance.  We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to any reason whatsoever, in which case a full refund will be given.
